Terms and Conditions

• All above hotel rates are subjected to revision as and when government taxes are revised, when respective hotel managements revise rates or due to any currency fluctuations experienced at a given time.
• Bars, Clubs or similar entertainment is prohibited during “Poya” Days. As such liquor will not be served in public areas of the hotels during this time.
• The above mentioned hotels will only be confirmed on availability at the time of booking. In an event the hotels are unavailable, suitable alternatives will be suggested prior to confirmation.
• Kindly note that check in time to all hotels will be at 1400 hrs and check out is at 1200 noon.
• Travelling time mentioned in the Tour is the direct average travelling time hence it does not consider the time spent for short breaks and Sightseeing stops etc.

Payment Policy

Please note we require 20% of the payment on confirmation of the booking and the balance amount on arrival. Or the full payment can be settled on confirmation. (Bank charges to be borne by the Client).

i. Bank Transfer – 20% of the payment on booking confirmation & Balance payment.

ii. Cash (USD, EUR or GBP) – 80% Balance amount on arrival.

Amendment and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of bookings is possible by sending an email to [email protected]. However, this is subject to below cancellation policy and bank charges. Cancellation of bookings will not be accommodated within a time frame of 14 days prior to the commencement of the Tour. This would vary based on the hotels cancellation policy and the period of the booking.

Our cancellation policy is as below,

• Cancellations informed 31 days prior to arrival, will be eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations informed between 15 days to 31 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the advance payment.
• Cancellation informed less than 15 days prior to arrival will be charged full advance payment.

Please note: Our cancellation policy varies during peak period (July to August & Mid December to February)
