Day 1
Welcome & Overnight Stay at hotel in picturesque Negombo
  • Airport Pickup where you will be warmly welcome by our English speaking chauffer guide and taken to the hotel in picturesque Negombo ” the town of beaches ” , which is just the perfect place to relax and laze under tropical coconut trees with some sizzling sea food.

  • Visit the Elephant orphanage in Pinnawala, where you may engage in in both bathing and feeding Elephants.

Tour one of the wonders of the world “The Sigiriya fortress”

We intend climbing the Sigiriya rock where you will have the opportunity to step in to an ancient fortress built by King kashyapa and take a closer look at the Sigiriya frescos and other monuments once sheltered an entire village.

  • Village tour includes a traditional Sinhalese lunch made of home grown spices.
  • Ride like an indigenous Sinhalese: You may experience the ride in a traditional Bullock cart
  • Visit Minneriya/Kaudulla National Park for Elephants

Anuradhapura
  • We will visit the city of ancient kings of Sri Lanka “Anuradhapura”

Anuradhapura is the first established kingdom of ancient Sri Lanka. Its ruins, beholds the rich culture and heritage of Buddhist culture, which still attracts pilgrims from all over the island. It’s a city of Temples and museums that exhibits ruins of an ancient kingdom.

  • Evening will be off scheduled for you to freely relax in the hotel

Spice Garden in Matale & “Sri Dalada Maligawa” Temple of Tooth
  • Visit the Spice Garden in Matale

The spice garden located in Matale offers you a study of Medicinal plans and herbs as well as a glimpse of spices used to prepare traditional foods and curries. You will be led by a tour guide willing to take your through the importance and benefits of spices and herbs whilst he demonstrates how to take care of these commodities.

  • Visit to “Sri Dalada Maligawa” Temple of Tooth

Common to the native tongue as “The Dalada Maligawa” is one of the most Sacred Buddhist temples in Sri Lanka, worshiped by Buddhist believers as it houses the relic of the tooth of The Lord Buddha.

  • Enjoy the Tour around Kandy including a visit to Cultural dance show and Gem meuseum.

Nuwara Eliya
  • Early morning departure headed to Nuwara Eliya

Be amazed by experiencing the scenery surrounded by hills. Nuwara Eliya is one of the coziest and coldest locations in Sri Lanka all throughout the year. You may walk through plantations such as Tea, Strewberry etc.

  • Short break at Ramboda falls – One of the finest and picturesque water falls
  • Tour the estates of Tea plantations

Sri Lanka is best known for its Tea. You will have the opportunity to learn about the processes involved in how freshly plucked tea leaf ends up in your hand as a cup of tea. You will also engage in Tea tasting, experiencing the aroma and freshness of the multiple flavors of “Ceylon Tea” yourself.

  • Visit to a strawberry farm

You may walk through the plantation of Strawberries where you will be able to pick the fruits yourself, fresh off the trees.

  • Day concludes in Nuwara Eliya

Horton Plains and over night stay at Thissamaharama
  • Be prepared for a cold day amidst the wilderness and forests

Horton Plains (Declared a UNESCO world heritage – 2010)

  • The Train Ride from Nanu oya to Ella

Departure from Nanu Oya to Ella in the early morning, to experience the scenic view alongside the rail tracks. The breathtaking view along the way, surrounded by nature is a must experience while in Sri Lanka

  • Exit at Ella, will be headed to Thissamaharama, where you will be accommodated at the hotel

Yala Safari
  • Brace yourself to a trail in the jungle “Yala Safari” in the morning

This safari is going to excite all you wild life enthusiasts and especially photographers “prepare your cameras folks!”. Yala is one of the well-known game parks in Sri Lanka for bird watching and wild life exploration. You will be able to see many animals in the wilderness. Elephants, Leopards, Porcupines, Peacocks are some that of interest you may have a chance to see.

  • Travel to Bentota, En Route Brief stop at Galle where you will tour around the Galle Fort while you can enjoy some shopping.
  • Relax in the bentota beach in the evening

Madhu River & stilt fishing
  • A boat safari ride through the islands and mangroves of Madhu River

The “Madhu river” is of significance for its beauty and the surroundings all together. It’s also known for its ecological habitat, consists of mangroves and for the fish therapy spas located along the river banks itself, where the fish foot massage will give you a different experience of relaxation altogether. Make sure to experience a cup of cinnamon tea.

  • Witness stilt fishing

Stilt fishing is one of the oldest traditional techniques of fishing particularly in rivers. It is a technique used by fishermen themselves where they sit upon a single standing branched poles in the water. This is a fascinating art of fishing as the viewer attracts the patience and stillness while he fishes in the water.

  • Visit the Turtle Hatchery, Kosgoda

The Turtle hatchery is one of the exciting places of interests, where you will be able to not only learn about turtles but also pet the endangered sea species.

  • Relax and soothe yourself with a long evening walk on the beach or at the hotel

  • Ultimate relaxation on the coasts of Bentota

Take a walk on the seashores, while the warm tropical winds and perfect sunshine takes your breath away. You can also engage is a quiet time by the beach while you can read on your favorite book or even enjoy the food and beverages alongside the beach restaurants.

  • A visit to the premises of National monument built in commemoration of Independence from the British rule.
  • A visit to the Gangarama temple which is located in heart of Colombo, and known for its cultural importance and modern architecture
  • Shopping spree at your convenience
  • Conclude the day in beautiful Negombo
